Required legal content and the exact deliverable should be clarified in the project summary.

LocalVisio’s own French, Spanish and English site does not mean three languages are automatically included in customer projects. Separate initial content, languages and modules in the quotation so expectations are clear.
Prepare accurate content and usable assets
Gather trading name, service details, hours, service area and contact conditions. Photographs must be yours or licensed for the intended use. Qualifications, insurance and badges should only be published when accurate and substantiated. Missing information should be marked for completion rather than replaced by invented marketing claims. Testimonials also require a genuine source and permission where applicable.
Explain limits such as travel, typical timing, documents and quotation conditions. Distinguish an information request from a booking or purchase. Professional copywriting for up to five pages is an €80 excluding VAT extra, but still requires reliable information supplied or approved by the owner. Good wording cannot make an unverified promise true or create expertise a business does not have.
Design for phones before adding complexity
Text needs to remain readable, buttons easy to tap and forms free of unnecessary fields. Reserving image dimensions reduces movement during loading. Resources with little value slow mobile connections. A gallery is useful when it shows genuine work; a video is worthwhile when it communicates something better than a picture or paragraph, not simply because it can be embedded.
